A. Yes. .com addresses cost slightly more than .co.uk addresses, so there will be an additional charge for .com addresses.
Q. How long will my website take?
A. This will depend on how many pages and content you require, but we aim to get your site ready for approval with 15 working days.
Q. Will I get the chance to preview my new website before it goes live?
A. Yes. As soon as the website has been created, it will be uploaded to our testing area for review. Your website will only be uploaded to your domain address when approval has been granted.
Q. Can I have access to my HTML so that I can edit the site myself?
A. No. However, should you decide to cancel your hosting with us, we will hand over the source code, so you retain full control of your content.
Q. Will my website be backed up?
A. Yes. Changes to your website are backed up immediately, off-site, using 128-bit encryption & previous revisions of your content will be available for up to 30 days.
Q. Will it cost me anything to add another email address to my account?
A. No. We will do this free of charge.
