- Do I have to have my site hosted by you or can I host my own site?
No, you can host your site wherever you want.
- Will you tailor my website to my requirements?
Yes. I do not edit templates. Everyone's site is unique.
- How long will it take for you to complete my site?
This will vary depending on your requirements but you can usually expect to see a draft within 2 weeks.
- If I need to change my website, how much will it cost?
Content updates are £25 per request, so if you have a lot of updates then it is cheaper to submit them all at once. If you decide to change the design vastly, then this will incur additional charges.
- If I have a links page, how much will it cost to add a link to my site?
£10.00 per request.
- How much will it cost to add a new email address to my account?
I will do this for free. Just email your request.
- Will my website be backed up?
Definitely. Changes to your site are backed up to the Cloud instantly, using 128-bit SSL encryption.
- Will I be able to have PHP or Database enabled website?
This depends on your requirements. Contact me for further details.
- Will I have to pay in full up-front?
No, but I do ask for a deposit of £50 before the design commences. Full payment is required before the design is published live to the Internet.
- What software do you use to design my site?
None. All of my sites are hand coded and designed to work with the majority of web browsers. All my designs are fluid, which means they can be zoomed to any screen resolution.
- Will I have to provide my own content?
Ideally I would like you to provide the text and pictures that you intend to use for your website design but graphics can be created at extra cost and if you need me to take the photographs then I can do this too but this will be added cost.
